Okay, if you activate the normal speaker function while talking, then the screen proximity sensor doesn't turn the screen off. Have you tried that? Have you tried an app called 'Speaker Switcher'?...

Sorry about the issue, but two suggestions for your problem.
To check if it is indeed a hardware problem, use a digital camera's viewfinder (another phone would do) and point it at the proximity...

Sorry, but I don't know why it happens.. For me profile not changed from "normal"... Try to uninstall all this tweak, reboot, change the profile back to "normal" and install this tweak again..

can you check the storage capacity of user data, apps and app data.

if that doesn't help do a re-flash with deleting eMMC and then installing ics on it again.
