Talking about hardware: No idea - probably will lose your warranty.
Talking about software: You can easily switch your hardware keyboard layout in the "Text Input" settings.

it is possible but you have to open it up, which void your warranty. Beside no keyboard for sell lol. You will have to buy the region you believe that its the right one for u. :D:D:D:D:D:D:D
