Please read my post again, if you want to join them all up into 1 then fine you can do that, but it is not necessary. Simply select VTS_0*_1.VOB in avi.net and that is all you need do....

PGC.NET http://www.clonead.co.uk/ to combine the vobs.
You can also use the sister app avi.NET to encode to 480 x *** and this plays perfectly on N800 with MPlayer.

Stitch those VOB files with DVDShrink, save it as an ISO and make sure you resize the compression to 50% or the lowest number it let's you set it, once you finished converting it, drag and drop it to...
