For my self I found a better way to edit text files is via Filetug app -> pull down -> edit as text.

Just edit /usr/share/applications/htop.desktop
change Exec to this:
Exec=fingerterm -e htop
and put your own icon named htop.png to:
/usr/share/icons/hicolor/86x86/apps

I got a simple script working with python-dbus.

After a little research on the web, it seems that dbus-sent does not permit empty containers or nested containers...
