try going into red pill mode to have libsoup appear in app manager. This will bring up extra-devel repository if you have installed gronmayers repositories.

With the Ti-89 skin, you have to rotate screen to get something usable, but you can try with the V200 and the Ti-92+ skins.

Make sure it's lowercase "chinook" as the distribution or the URL won't resolve... at least, that's what I think made it work for me.
