have you enabled cssu devel repository by any chance??

also can see if your libpulse version is same as pulseaudio package.

I also encountered this problem: simply download the .deb of busybox-power on your N900, and install it with
dpkg -i busybox-power-blabla.deb

Then it was ok for me.

Well, I've dist-upgraded it successfully, now going to start messing with it. whole upgrade went smooth, without nice'ing apt-get, and I was able to do other things on device while upgrade progressed...

For using this along with multiboot you should install -bootimg package for kernel you prefer (kernel-cssu-bootimg for kernel-cssu) and select this kernel in multiboot.
