I'm afraid I haven't gotten round to playing with Asterisk yet, it's not included in the DD-WRT build for my (cheap and nasty Virgin Media freebie) DIR-615, so the SIP is all from third-party...

I have used the above tool several times. It worked great.
You can have several profiles and sync methods. I remember that I used to use sshfs...

1. Go to Offline Mode
2. Power down
3. Remove battery
4. Replace battery...
