As far as I know and read, no. The only differences are regional keyboard layouts ... umlauds, regional characters as in italy, germany, france, poland, etc. Anything else, hardware and software...

No major difference. it seems the only difference is on the wireless channels, 1-11 in US vs. 1-13 in EU, even tho I did not see many wireless networks using 11-13 channels here in Romania. Maybe...
