Easiest way is to SSH to the N900 from your PC then you can copy the content from your SSH client.
Are you seeing something related to "gdata" or "QtNetwork"?

You need to save the the new kernels for the script;
In xterm:
sudo kernel-config load lv <enter>
sudo kernel-config limits 250 805 <enter>
sudo kernel-config save lv8 <enter>
