Ah ha! Thanks for the tip about el.db being the old one, and el-v1.db being the new one

I took a backup of ~/.rtcomm-eventlogger/, and then deleted the el-v1.db + journal files. I then rebooted....

Should return: apn = xxxx
gconftool-2 --recursive-unset...

Yes, but some people have installed updated/modified versions of some of the core packages. This will force a removal of the mp-fremantle-??-pr package, as it's dependencies are no longer met. ...
