Extract the files and put the lockslider.png image in usr/share/themes/YOUR THEME/backgrounds

Sure I know and that's why I sais "clone". I once re-drew the Nseries but never released it since saw no point in it. But maybe I'll finish it now and release it.

Yep, another Maemo OS bug. Go into homescreen "editing" mode (click on screen and then tap on the gear icon) and select another background to use. Then close editing mode and open it up again and go...
