N900 usefull battery tips

Hi all,

As most people I had problems with the battery when I first got the device.
Probably also like most people I searched for 'n900 battery problems' and I got to this forum.

You could try running (as root) from X Terminal:

apt-get remove libqt4-phonon


That's the library that seems to be causing most of the issues.

As stated, check the app manager, go to "Download", check the "All" category, and look for the "blue square" icon labled "Maemo5".

I think its been out for a while now, at least from a week ago. ...

N900 Camera Images Hazy

I've just noticed something I can't seem to find anyone else experiencing. Perhaps its just gone unnoticed until today, not sure.

I let my mother use the N900 to take a picture of some antique...
