WTF man! It`s there.......I found it in just 5 seconds!You can do it too!
deleting file /home/user/.config/Zagaia/TweeGo.conf
and you are good to go.

You've got corrupted files for some reason. I'd suggest disabling all the repositories, exiting App Manager, then going back and re-enabling them (you also appear to have duplicate repositories, so...
