Bringing full java midp to n900?

Is it possible to port phoneME (https://phoneme.dev.java.net/) to maemo? I'm sure this would bring n900 full midp2.2 support and would bring us tons of old and new apps :confused:

Actually, the auto rotation in Qt has a bug (QtBug 11190) (http://bugreports.qt.nokia.com/browse/QTBUG-11190) that makes it work incorrectly.

As many of you already know, the current firmware for the Nokia N900 (known as PR 1.1) has some controversies regarding the Qt
toolkit.
