While I'm usually prone to placebo effect, I really feel that CSSU-thumb is not only less memory-hungry, but also faster, when it comes to Maemo UI. Other experienced people seems to feel same...

Single swap on SD card is definitely better way to go, as it don't create I/O conflicts between Maemo /home/ and swap. It's even better than stripping swap between eMMc and SD card - speed benefits...
