you would be better off setting up a queen beeecon widget, if i were you id want to test it for a bit longer yet maybe a week or so before iven thinking of setting it up permanantly.

It idles at 0MHz. The lowest frequency is just used for load workload.
500MHz as minimum appears to be better for battery life than 250.
