The whole purpose of PulseAudio is to manage multiple audio sources and sinks, so YES the idea is certainly possible (and the QRadio bug proves it!).

yes after the upgrade the app will occasionally refuse to connect to other devices but restarting mobile hotspot usually solves the problem

I had the same.

Did a full resynchronization (open settings -> end of the list there is a button) and all got fixed.

All functions are way faster now, the folders (I have like a hundred) appear...
