You can just do the OTA update without uninstalling. Or you can uninstall first then update. Doesn't matter, either way you will then be running the stock PR1.3 kernel and will need to reinstall...

Yes, in the "Data" -folder. And make sure you type everything as I wrote (commands are CaseSensitive). You don't have to write anything as a file-name because I typed an asterix on the command...
