No. ACL = Access Control Lists (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Access_control_list), a feature present in Linux and other Unix-based operating systems since... well... the beginning of time. ;)

When N9 notices short circuit in D+ D- it will charge upto 1A, and when it detects computer on the other end it will charge max 500mA.
And when it doesnt detect, then it charges 0.

IMO each major sub-forum (within each section e.g: maemo, mer, alternative, competitors) should just have it's own "Applications" sub-forum.
But you should be able to add "tags" for more than just...
