Well the tracefile was still being created. A new version should now be available from extras-devel (1.0.0-5), this time the library tracefile creation should be explicitly disabled.

You are confused and confusing him. Batterypatch is the one with a non KP version. Speedpatch has only one version, nothing to do with Kernel Power...

T-mobile doesn't roam by default (nor call abroad) on plans I think. Depends on your credit rating actually, I had to give a deposit of 100£ (reimbursed after 3 months) to have roaming, but I know...

Check to make sure T-Mob have given you permission to roam! If the networks are visible but you can't connect, then it doesn't seem like a phone problem... what do T-Mob say about your roaming status?
