A list of keys and what they do in Xournal:

'q' -> quit
't' -> toggles visibility of the toolbar
's' -> Save
'n' -> New
'o' -> Open
CTRL-'O' -> Zoom Out
'u' -> Undo
CTRL-'z' -> Undo
