There is no "voltage limit". high voltage is just one of many factors that can damage your device. lower voltage with high frequency can be equally bad as high voltage with lower frequency.

Yes, the N900 rebooted.
But my N900 ist stable when I set MAXFREQ=500 (MINFREQ=125)

Edit:
It starts to reboot @ MAXFREQ=600

My N900 is not stable with the starving settings (850 & 1000). I fully charged it and tried to load both settings. (and again with the charger plugged in) It restarted immediatly.

I assume you use the kernel-power-flasher version 24 from extras-testing
and you the ULV or XLV settings?
The version maemo25 from extras-devel should have fixed the problems with
the minimum...
