Well the "real" is unfinished now, but propably won't so much at a "2011 event". I would assume announced at MWC and released with Meego 1.2.

Personally I allways thought that the Meego-Harmattan...

a lot of harmattan work was contributed to the MeeGo project.
so if harmattan as really been shelved all was not for nothing. and i'm sure they will use the UI and proprietary nokia apps from it...

Facts are that Nokia has been doing badly since OPK became CEO and you could say that it was Ollila who left the OS mess for Kallasvuo and Kallasvuo did the right thing by buying Symbian and turning...

Not exactly:

Harmattan is the whole Maemo6 sw project for next Nokia device, including almost everything for it.

Harmattan UI framework (former DUI) is nowadays called "MeeGo touch framework"....

MeeGo is the core and the concept (linux kernel 2.6.33, qt4.6, multitasking)
Harmattan is the UI framework, based on Qt4.6, and shared with Symbian^4
MeeGo Handset UX will use Harmattan...
