Need it? Certainly not. If you really wish to sign up to My Nokia, do it from their website where you can choose what number is given to them etc.

Call the first number and wait for it to be picked up.
Click on the "Call" dropdown on top of the screen.
Select Call to new Number/Contact as appropriate and wait for it to be picked up.

Set up a folder named Private.
This will be private and not show up in general use.
