Re: New N810 user needs a litttle advice
I'll second the micro-SD suggestion. The Kingston adapter has worked flawlessly for me, and I chose it after reading through a number of threadsx on the subject. Get one with both the micro-to-mini...

Re: New N810 user needs a litttle advice
The easiest way is just by looking at it: the WiMax edition's keyboard is black, while the "plain" one's silver. Alternatively run "osso-product-info" in the terminal and look at the output (RX-48 =...

Re: N810: Connecting to PC?
If you are worried about internal mmc wearing, move the swap file to the external mmc, or use ramzswap (look for ramzez). With only 128 MB RAM, a swap file or partition is more a need than an option.

Re: N810
If you turn off the virtual memory, then the 2g internal card will be recognised when you plug USB in.
Otherwise get a microsd card and a miniSD adaptor. The local computer shops near me sell...

Re: N810
The N810 has a micro USB socket, so any USB data lead with a Micro USB connector should work fine.
Some questions...
1. Go into Settings, Control Panel Memory, Virtual tab, and check to see if...
