Bro LTE support is an addition not a removal of all other antennas...That way any 3G phone should be unusable in 2G areas...
You can use it anywhere and everywhere you want that supports regularly...

Nope. Played around with a Note a few weeks ago, and it was really nice to use, assuming you had somewhere to put it in.
It's definitely awkward to use Phone-mode Android on it though, and...

I picked up a pre-owned Galaxy Note last month. Running CM10 Paranoid Android on it with the homebrew GNote apk, Memo for S-Pen and Freenote, and I love it to bits. Gives me the same "oooh nice!"...

It's definitely JavaScript that is the cause. Nearly every website you visit will have 3 or 4 tracking scripts to see how you're using the site so they can get better ad rates. 1 or 2 for social...

(1) - Are you browsing JS-heavy sites (Facebook)
(2) - How many tabs are open (Facebook takes only 1 to peg CPU at 100%)
(3) - If you're willing to trade desktop browsing for speed, use Opera.
