I think no. Builded deb packages are for testing only. Then they will be in extras-(devel, testing) you can mirror this version.

bq27x00.ko kernel module is deprecated as it breaks bme by exclusively occupying the I2C bus to that chip. BME otoh wants to access the chip directly, and so segfaults whenever bq27x00.ko is loaded....

No it is not. I don't want to clone KP but to enhance it. And btw extras-devel IS for software one takes risk to have broken system if installs SW from it. Read the wiki. And how is current (v47)...
