are you sure it says:



the whole command should be on the same line.
so
flasher-3.5 -F RX-51_2009SE_10.2010.19-1_PR_COMBINED_MR0_ARM.bin -f -R

cmd windows = command prompt, that black...

i think you need to turn it completely off (remove and re-add batery), then hold down the U key when you plug in the cable, let it loop if it does when rebooting stops the flashing above should then...

Make sure your cmd window is in the same directory as flasher-3.5.exe

Sounds like the battery is not the issue.

Has an excellent recipe for re-flashing your N900. Nokia Software Updater put mine in a similar...
