the "ZZ" is a command to save and exit vi.
But you have to leave the editing mode prior.
So, after inserting "#" you have to hit the "esc" button.
Then type ZZ (upcase letters!).

sudo gainroot
after "/home/user # " you have to use vi editor
type : vi /var/lib/dpkg/info/account-plugin-salut.postinst
then this will open

I don't like to say this, but please, use the search. This has been discussed many (many) times. It's a problem in the postinit script - very easy to fix.

Read this to correct the issue...
