Do You have the latest CSSU installed?
if yes, change AGPS setting from supl.nokia.com to supl.google.com

try removing all the other apps and check if it's working .
else it's clear from what you have written that after installing cssu it's not working.
try googling with cssu no camera talk.maemo.org...

Yes, maybe, Do you have theme customizer application in Settings installed. I think this does effect it?

Do you have CSSU (http://wiki.maemo.org/Community_SSU) installed? I got a notification...

Yes you can use BSNL 3G in your pc.I'm not using BSNL 3G so I can not tell you the actual speed but according to some reviews of 3g users you will get minimum 1.5 mbps.In maximum places 3.6 mbps...
