Where'd you see that?
In the official specs it's 2.1+edr, but hopefully they upgrade to BT4 later, along with usb-otg!?
No idea if they will though, probably not....

bizarrely enough, that is listed as a feature for meego 1.3, so it looks like harmattan is moving faster than meego in various areas.
i've seen BT4.0 reported, but no spec sheet says more than...
