QtLockscreenConfig is a little utility to set the QtLockscreen's active theme.
You can also preview the theme (keep the theme name pressed for the context menu and select "Preview"). ;)

The problem is that if you are using a custom transition.ini and rejecting the transitions update that...

Yes they can be moved only either by console commands, or by using FileBox file manager in root mode. The information is all here in this thread (c'mon, it's only some pages and you'll learn much).
