Just like mattkawa, I'm stuck without cURL... everywhere I've searched it appears it's not supported by maemo5 or it won't work because libssl0.9.7 is missing, which I can't seem to find anywhere for...

Thanks, I will improve in the app the detection function.

for your case, it is uninstalled, if you have also rebooted then I don't have anything else to propose. Maybe ask this in the development ...

For fixing the error in the UI (at least) could you please post the output of:

dpkg -l | grep tactile


Search about the tactile in other threads for its status. IIRC, the work has not been...

One solution is to use the flasher to disable the lifeguard to stop the constant reboots; then connect with ssh and copy a good transitions file.

e.g. some example on how to do some of those...
