the sgx530 gpu is an utterly, totally and thoroughly inadequete gpu to stick in a high-res 2011 smartphone!

if i wanted a warmed over n900 i would overclock the one i already...

It will not change in 2012. There are sold more phones with Symbian than ANY OTHER PHONE OS, and the sale numbers of Q4 is, if I remember correctly, the highest, ever. Nokia has given NO indication...

I think a better point in this thread would be the need to jailbreak/root and Motorola's insistence on signing the kernel. That's the only thing that kills the Atrix concept for me.

My hacking project for tonight, since Finland is on holiday tomorrow - seeing if I can build the driver for our 2.6.33 kernel. Worth knowing how screwed we are on that front.
