I'll be voting for both issues, that's all we can do....
And harass the Nokia devs in the bug reports (within reason), if they say nothing can be done.
We need to provide them with helpful feedback...

Colored icons for calls
Hey.
I have changed the color of the Call - Icons.
Outgoing Call = Green
Incoming Call = Blue
Copy the Icons to /usr/share/themes/blanco/meegotouch/icons and Reboot.
