1. Tweak II - 6-2 4 5 6 (post output)
2. run: apt-get update (post output)
3. Tweak T - 1-1-4-1 (post output)
4. Check again apps manager if you have something from...

Which repos you have installed ?
Try also too run apt-get -f install
apt-get update

1. Run
apt-get remove --purge -y status-menu-extensions
Post output.
Go to /opt and check if you have folder named status-menu-extensions

1. Run uninstall T-1, T-2, T-3 from tweak, wait until it finish. Start with T-2.
2. Go to apps manager and check all app related to tweak T, all toggles etc... If you see something, uninstall it...

Xurb, you NEED read pdf/wiki instruction first !!!
DON'T mix T-1, T-2, T-3 !!! First completely uninstall the previous one...
From you log I see you have T-2 installed..
