I'll check the gles fullscreen problem.

@Badee3: the bios is the same for all games (it's the bios of the Playstation) and it is needed for compatibilitiy. There are games that won't work without...

ICons should be placed in the same directory where there are the roms.
Name it like the roms, but with png extension.
Example:

yuorRom.bin
yourRom.png

Check permission on config file.
Open a terminal and:
ls -l /home/user/.config/Team16/

Try to remove the directory /home/user/.config/Team16/
Open a terminal and:

sudo gainroot
rm -rf...

First of all, stop "bumping" every few moments.

As for Your problem, try "cold flashing" (search for it). And don't panic, it shouldn't be seriously damaged.
