Before you issue the command "root" you need to have Rootsh (http://maemo.org/downloads/product/Maemo5/rootsh/) installed

Activate extras-devel repo in HAM
Close it.
Open X-Terminal
Code:
sudo gainroot
apt-get install libcurl3
Close X-term
Go to facebook widget
Touch it
Enter your email and password

Guys, you may want to check today's logs on #maemo-ssu, there is a breakthrough.

May take a while until the fix enters CSSU.

Guys, give me some time, I am investigating is it possible to RE the library which is responsible for authentication to FB. So far it seems feasible, but will take some time (1-2 weeks maybe)

all the sudden i cant share photos to fb ,, when i tried to re-validate the facebook setting in setting/sharing , i get the following error:

"no network connection available, operation canceled"
...
