[FOR DUMMIES] Add temporary mirrors of repo.maemo.org to N900 + Tablets-Dev Mirror + Scratchbox Mirror

MOD EDIT 22-04-2013: Since the migration is completed, the temporary repos are not needed. It should be fine using the default repos.

There have been at least 4 threads with people complaining...

with quality 100
after testing with 97 and 100 i found that there are no much differences with image size but there is comparing to quality 90 (default) 800kb...

There is a dependancy missing in the .deb package: liblocale-gettext-perl
You can install it using "apt-get install liblocale-gettext-perl"
