Both, touch.facebook and facebook use a lot of ajax and js that can overload your cpu.

That was happening to me too. Make sure you're accessing touch.facebook.com/home.php with no other characters appended to the end. It will do that when it tries to load it with the "rdr" option at...

Ok try this ONE-LINE command:
mv -f /etc/apt/sources.list.d/meecatalog.list /etc/apt/sources.list.d/meecatalog.list.disabled && apt-get update && apt-get install --reinstall wget
Just copy/paste...
