Guys it's a problem with one of the libraries, try this:

root
mkdir /usr/share/doc/libtelepathy-qt4-1
dpkg --configure -a
apt-get update

Your app manager should work fine now :)

It is working only, when I repeat "apt-get update" immediately. But when I am running "apt-get update" later, I get the same error message.
