why not just simply load dsp profile ?

root
kernel-config load dsp

simple. whenever you will restart you N900 default profile will be loaded and you have to load dsp profile again.

see the FREQ lines?

exemple: 850:60,600

850= CPU freq
60= CPU voltage lvl
600 = dsp freq

But dsp freq @ 600 seems to be the max. you may be able to go further, but it is at your own risks!

cp /usr/share/kernel-power-settings/dsp /home/user/coslp01.txt
leafpad /home/user/coslp01.txt
you see somthing like this:

Yeah, sure.

Just put that piece of code as root into a file named "gpio-switch_disabler" (or anything you like) into /etc/event.d folder

Be careful when editing critical system files like mce.ini or systemui.xml or ...

You could have saved your setup by using rescueOS and re-editing mce, as I believe you messed it up.
Nevertheless...
