Is this specific to Sailfish X or does a vanilla Xperia X behave in a similar way?

The size, price and issues mentioned in this thread (in that order) made me decide to stay away from Sailfish X...

Just to be clear: the application shown in a video was a simple POC which failed in many simple real life situations and had a lot of performance...

Reading comments about Mitäkuuluu I have totally opposite experience. No problems what so ever. Battery usage is the same, etc...

When I get a notification, it says "%1 messages unread", while 'Show messages in notifications' is enabled. Anyone else experiencing this bug?
