Then I am afraid you are screwed. Follow mrsellout's link to get the USB port fixed. Otherwise you have a brick that you can sell for spare parts.

People have managed to create another usb connection using the testpads under the battery. See:

1) Does it connect to the WLAN before powering off?
2) If yes, did you enable SSH?

If yes, you might be able to quickly login and enable R&D mode before it reboots.
But first respond to (1) and...
