I suggest installing gparted and mgmt-tools to fix it. You can boot to SD install them and then clone back to SD.

Its not a dependency problem, just AFAIR the Application Manager doesn't resolve dependencies for debs that are not in a repo.

You've probably done an SSU since it was working, and now it's running a stock kernel. Use the SlideRotate setting (in Extras) to reinstall the kernel.
