Definitely something is really wrong. Even with a very slow class 1 sdcard there is not too much lag and no freeze.
You probably need to start over with no overclock first.

But after a few months I got very enthusiastic about SailfishOS, which is much more GNU/Linux than I expected.
So my N900 now waits for

Well it took a couple days of tinkering with the build, and I can't get clean fullscreen while hildon-desktop is running. But we can get 27-33 fps in Neverball!
