Automatic Encoding missing in opera
 

My current encoding is defaulted to Russion (KOI-8R), the one before Automatic, which is missing. I can change it to another encoding but it will reset itself back to Russion (KOI-8R).
I have installed several Asian fonts and I have installed the new mozilla browser. Does anyone have this problem?
