US version ,updating mine as well.
Good luck for the rest ,but it's kind of weird that the update doesn't show inside the download section.

i lie im using uk version of firmware pr 1.2 from http://tablets-dev.nokia.com/nokia_N900.php no pr 1.3 listed there plus no update OTA either and dont have a dat cable with me to check pc suite
