Hi! Been trying to log-in to http://easylist.willemliu.nl/ via desktop, but I keep getting "Incorrect credentials.. Delete Account?"... Anyway to reset my username password with my registered email? Thanks!

You can delete your account if you still remember your username and e-mail address combination. Just type in a wrong credential once when logging in. Then you'll be given the option to delete an account.
If you can't remember your username then give me your e-mail address and I'll remove the account for you.

There is no option to reset your password yet.

Hi,

I might be wrong, but it looks like the link in OP for the website php code isn't up to date, and is from before 2-way-sync was added? If so can you post an updated link? Thanks! :)

You are right. I'll update it when I get home after work :)

Latest sources of the EasyList website are now added to the easylist.zip file in the first post.

Hmmm.. I noticed about a little bug in EasyList...
1. Open app
2. Synchronize list
3. When you get list, remove all items
4. Try synchronize again to get the same list again
5. You will get "synchronized" but list stay empty in app.

Can you fix it please ?

Hi,

I'm afraid that this behaviour is intended. The synchronization is 2-way. So if you update the list on the phone that list will become the leading list. And if you do a sync it will update the list on the webserver.
If you update the list on the webserver that list will become leading and it will overwrite the list on your phone. It's been a while, but I believe it's based on timestamp of modification to see which list is newer and therefor considered as leading.

Regards,

Willem Liu

ahh, i understand, thank you. That mean i can't synchronize it twice.
Maybe you can add option to synchronize in one way ? Only from Webserver ?
Thanks

You've been an active user of EasyList and I appreciate that very much.
Sadly I have to admit that my time has been taken up by other projects. I will no longer maintain EasyList.
The main reason is time and the second reason is that I think it's fullfilling its purpose.
It's working as I intended it to work.
Even though it's nowhere near perfect in an absolute sense. It is perfect like a child to its parent.

I thank you and the other users of EasyList. The sources are available on Github for anyone who wishes to use it, review it, port it etc. The link can be found in the first post.

The links can also be found on my personal website: http://www.willemliu.nl
