Also read: thanks for the kick :) Now mailed in the list too. I hope I did it right. Three TMO threads, wiki, IRC, mailing list... it is a bit overwhelming, I am bound to muddle it up. Oh, and a mailing list? Seriously? I have not used one since 1998.

Do I need to write up an assay, submit a CV, sighn a treaty with own blood, that kind of thing?

I really appreciate the nomination! Unfortunately I'm much too over-committed already to meaningfully add any potential Council responsibilities on top of that if voted in. :) So thanks again, but I have to decline the nomination. :)

Still, seeing the names on the accepted nominations list, I'm sure Maemo will be in good hands! And of course I'm still around as always, working on modRana stuff. :)

Possibly already mentioned somewhere in this thread but want to point out once more:
essential for councillors is to be present in the weekly IRC meetings.

Repeating RzR: all that like to accept and not yet confirmed to the maemo-community ML, please do so asap (today 23:59 UTC).

Also not used a ML for long time and never ever before IRC. But there always is a first time :D

And you are free to write on the wiki (candidate declaration) whatever you like and feel it informs Maemo community about your person.
But what about blood signing? It would be a nice sign but I do have no idea how to do that! ;)
